Which company is responsible for this service?
All the parcels are shipped from Spain with NACEX, in express service 24h. They are fast, effective and with a follow-up available at all times. The orders in Spain and Portugal are delivered by Nacex itself. For the international expeditions, once your parcel has left the spanish national territory, the national shipping company of the delivery country will take charge of your order. We trust them because they have less than 1% of registered incidents.
In addition, all our products comply with European Community regulations with the CE seal and with a two-year guarantee in the national territory and throughout the EU!
Product in stock take between 5 to 7 days to be delivered. Products that are not available in stock in our warehouse take between 7 and 12 days.
Smartphones and tablets that we do not have in stock will be requested exclusively for you, once the order is confirmed accepting the delivery terms.

What does the warranty cover?

Damage caused by the use of the article with a component from another manufacturer that does not meet the specifications of the products. What does this mean? If your phone has, for example, a non-original case or protector and it causes damage, IT WOULD NOT BE COVERED BY THE WARRANTY.
Damage caused by accident, misuse, misuse, fire, contact with liquids, earthquakes or any other external cause.
Damage caused by using the product in breach of the instructions contained in the user's manual, in the technical specifications or in any other published instruction on the product.
Damage caused by a service (including updates and extensions) performed by a person who is not a representative of the brand or an Authorized Service Provider.
If Yaphone has reasonable grounds to believe that the product has been stolen according to information provided by law enforcement, if it has not been able to deactivate the password enabled or any other security measure designed to prevent unauthorized access, or can not demonstrate in any way that you are the authorized user of the product (eg, by submitting proof of purchase).
How is the guarantee handled in Yaphone?

Do you want to return your product?
