Manufacturer's hardware defects in materials and workmanship, provided they are used according to the user's manuals, the manufacturer's technical specifications, and other instructions published for the product.

It's always advisable, and our recommendation, to consult with the manufacturer before initiating a warranty claim.

In the case of defects in materials or workmanship, you may direct your claim to the manufacturer or Yaphone, acting as an intermediary without covering transportation costs arising from the process.

Issues or incompatibilities due to software or operating system installations or updates, including manufacturer update failures, are not covered.

Consumable parts, such as batteries or protective coatings, intended to wear over time, unless defective in materials or workmanship.

Damage caused by using non-original accessories such as chargers, which could harm the device.

Superficial (cosmetic) damages like scratches, dents, or plastic breakages in ports, unless caused by defective materials or workmanship.

Damage from using products with third-party components that don't meet the manufacturer's specifications. What does this mean? If your phone has, for example, a non-original case or protector causing damage, IT WON'T BE COVERED BY WARRANTY.

Damage from accidents, misuse, abuse, fire, liquid exposure, earthquakes, or other external causes like dirt, water, or steam.

Damage caused by not following the instructions in the user manual, technical specifications, or other published instructions for the product.

Damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not an authorised representative or service provider.

If Yaphone reasonably believes the product has been stolen based on law enforcement information, cannot disable an enabled password or other security measures designed to prevent unauthorised access, or cannot otherwise prove ownership (e.g., providing proof of purchase).

However, if a diagnosis determines the issue is not under warranty, the customer will be consulted and given a repair cost if they decide to proceed, covering the related costs.

The device will be collected free of charge at the customer's address and sent to the relevant specialised technical service.

Warranty processing can take from 25 to 30 days.

You have 14 calendar days from receiving the product to exercise this right.

All cancelled orders incurring costs will be claimed through the appropriate channels. Requests should be sent to warranty @ yaphone . com

  1. All items must include their original packaging, with protective plastics intact and accessories unused. Products must be returned in the exact condition received. Boxes and supports must be undamaged if withdrawal is requested.
  2. Products showing signs of improper handling will not be accepted. Items with unpacked or manipulated accessories or removed protective screen plastics will not be accepted.
  3. The customer must pay a €26 cancellation fee (€36 for the Balearic Islands) if returning voluntarily (covering transport costs).
  4. Returns of headphones and smartwatches will not be accepted under any circumstances for hygiene reasons.
  5. Activated or unsealed products cannot be returned as warranty periods begin, making resale as new impossible.

If you place an order without stock, the item is reserved exclusively from our supplier. Consider this, as it can generate additional costs.

Refunds are made within 14 calendar days.

The time for the refund to appear in your bank account depends on your bank, usually completed within 7 days.

For credit/debit card purchases, a full refund is issued.

For cash-on-delivery purchases, refunds will be via bank transfer, with the buyer covering the costs.

When shopping at our store or accessing special services, you must register your personal data and choose a password to identify yourself as a Yaphoner, becoming a VIP on our website and accessing areas requiring prior identification.
