1. - Shipping costs and delivery times.

At Yaphone we ship throughout Europe. Do you want to know the shipping costs according to your location? Here they are:

Spain and Portugal (Peninsula and Balearic Islands): 4.95€ .

Spain (Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla): 59€ (IGIC and taxes payable by the client).

Continental Europe:

Zone 1 (Germany, Belgium, France, Holland, Italy, Luxembourg): € 8.95€
Zone 2 (Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland *, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Czech Republic, Sweden): 28.50€.

United Kingdom (UK):  12.95€.

Gibraltar and Switzerland: 59€ (IGI and taxes payable by the customer).

Which company is responsible for this service?

All the parcels are shipped from Spain with NACEX, in express service 24h. They are fast, effective and with a follow-up available at all times. The orders in Spain and Portugal are delivered by Nacex itself. For the international expeditions, once your parcel has left the spanish national territory, the national shipping company of the delivery country will take charge of your order. We trust them because they have less than 1% of registered incidents.

In addition, all our products comply with European Community regulations with the CE seal and with a two-year guarantee in the national territory and throughout the EU!

Product in stock take between 5 to 7 days to be delivered. Products that are not available in stock in our warehouse take between 7 and 15 days.

Smartphones and tablets that we do not have in stock will be requested exclusively for you, once the order is confirmed accepting the delivery terms. The cancelation of this kind of orders will be charged with 30€ of annulation fee.

3. - Guarantees and returns.

Do our products have guarantee? Yes! They have a 2 year of official guarantee that can be managed directly with the manufacturer or with the brand or can be arranged with Yaphone as an intermediary.

We accept returns of items as long as they respond to the necessary conditions. For this, the product must be in perfect condition, have no signs of use, keep the screen and terminal protection plastics without having been removed, and the accessories without having been used or handled. What is the maximum term to be able to make a return of a product or withdrawal? You have 14 days from the reception and all the returns expenses will be paid by the client, in no case we accept returns with shipping expenses non prepaid.

As said before, smartphones and tablets that we do not have in stock will be requested exclusively for you, once the order is confirmed accepting the delivery terms. The cancelation of this kind of orders will be charge with 30€ of annulation fee. All orders placed and cancelled that generate expenses, will be claimed by the appropriate way.


Do you need to return your product used your guarantee in case of fabrication default or failure?

We tell you the requirements:

All material must be accompanied by its original packaging, indicating the order number to which the material refers and a detailed description of the fault.

Products that show any sign of bad or incorrect handling will not be covered by the guarantee.

The material that is detected damaged will be replaced by a new one and sent at no cost to the client. If neither of the two options is possible, the defective product will be refunded.

All our products are sent insured, verified and in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged product during transport, do not worry, let us know immediately. You have a maximum period of 24 hours from the moment of reception of the order. Keep in mind the 24-hour period since after that period, any claim for breakage during transport will not be taken care of by the transport agency.
