1. - Shipping costs and delivery times.

We offer shippings to Europe,with the following cost:

- Free shipping to Spain, and Portugal (península and Baleares)
- Spain (Canarias, Ceuta y Melilla): 79€. All costs and taxed are included.
- Rest of Continental Europe: 8.95€ + IVA
- Andorra, Gibraltar and Switzerland: 79€. All costs and taxed are included.

Our deliveries are sent by NACEX and all shippings are assured. 

Products in stock will be delivered within 2–5 days. Fort he rest of our catalogue, delivery times are stimated between 7-12 days.

Shipping schedule:

- Monday to Friday and holiday's eves until 14:00

All our products are registered with the EC Seal according to the European legislation. All of them have a two years period of guarantee in the whole territory of Europe.


2. - Payment method

- Credit card through safe server Virtual POS
- Cash on delivery (Spain and Portugal)
- Bank transfer (CaixaBank)


3. - Guarantees and returns.

We send insured and verified products and all of them are in perfect conditions. In case of receiving a damaged product during transport, the costumer must inform within 24 hours of the shipment arrival. Transport agency will not take any complaint into account, once this period has expired. All products have a two-year guarantee wich can be arranged through the maker or trademark directly.
Refunds are accepted if products are returned in their original and undamaged packaging, free of any signs of usage and tampering. Refunds must be done within 14 working days after the product reception. The customer bears all costs for the return of the purchased item.

The expenditure involved in order cancellations will be claimed via legal channel.

Refunded products must meet the following minimum requirements:

1.- Products must be returned in their original packaging. Reference order number must be indicated as well as a damage detailed description
2.- Products with any sign of wrong handling will not be covered by guarantee.
3.- The damaged device will be replaced with a new one and sent again with no cost to the costumer. If any ofthese is found to be lacking, damaged product refund will be issued.
4.- Devices which pass the test of our technical service will be send in return to the costumer using freight collect.

If the returned equipment does not get a favourable response to our technical control it will be sent to the costumer. In this case, the customer bears all costs for the return of the item.


4-. Registration, modification, security policy and confidentiality. 

In order to make purchases in our store or to have access to certain services, you must register your personal data and choose a password, which will allow you to get access to thesecurity area. At the time you are registered in our safe server or you make an order, your personal data, addresses, and data, which are related to your way of payment, are incorporated into our database.

Your personal data will be used only to process the order, and to display targeted advertisements that we believe may be of interest to you.

You can modify your costumer register data at any time, or you can ask us for a new password if it is necessary.
